Shop Policies

   
-When  making a purchase through my Etsy shop....payments must be made within 7 days of purchase. 
-Full payment is to be made prior to shipping your order.
 -If you have a question regarding extra time allowances,or anything else, just ask! 

      SHIPPING
-I ship all items via USPS.
-If you need express mail or priority shipping, I will gladly accommodate you.  Please let me know this before you purchase   as it require me to recalculate new shipping costs for your particular order.
 - Jewelry that is "made to order" takes a little bit of time to make and then ship (which is a few more days in transit). Please  consider and discuss this with me when purchasing as a gift or special occasion.

-If you paid via Paypal I will ship items to the address you provided in your Paypal account. Otherwise, If you would like it sent somewhere else, let me know during checkout (in the message to seller).

-I ship within 7 days of purchase  (many times sooner)

-I DO ship internationally.
-Buyers are soley responsible for any customs fees that may be applied.

      REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
-Everything I sell may be returned for a full or partial refund if you feel it is not described properly in the  listing. You will still be responsible for all shipping costs.

-Custom orders may not be returned or refunded .    I will do my best to give you exactly what you request and will modify the object should the need arise, but since it is a custom order the item is yours once sold.

-Replacement of lost or damaged items...I cannot be held responsible for lost or abused jewelry.  I will repair or replace any item that has broken on its own for free,I stand by the construction & quality of my work.  But if it has been determined that the jewelry has been mistreated (such as run over by a car several times .  its happened )  a small fee will be required to make the repairs, In those cases customer is responsible for  shipping charges.
